Learning and Development
Unlike other entry level sales positions, our program does not throw you to the wolves! You will learn the industry
and build your sales and marketing skills over time and by working with experts! Expect to grow your knowledge of
proper business communication via phone, email and written communication. You will focus on prospecting,
presenting, negotiating, and account management. We offer a comprehensive training program that is ongoing to
make sure you are prepared for the industry.
Our program is designed to teach you real sales skills and strategies. You will work within an industry standard
inside sales program with proven experience and a track record in growing sales via the phone. You will be actively
participating in the day to day world of sales. As an Inside Sales Consultant you will thrive in a quick sales cycle
environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue
growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners,
generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Being an Inside Sales Consultant is a work hard, play

An aggressive entry level base salary plus bonuses based on performance is what you will earn in our program.

What We Need From You
This position requires an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and Entrepreneurship, or
related fields (Bachelor’s preferred). We will consider applicable experience in Sales. Those that are chosen for the
position will possess strong written and oral communication skills. Moreover, knowledge and frequent use of
technology and software is expected.

Inside Sales Daily Schedule
8:00-9:00am Prepare for the day
9:00-11:00am Customer Calls & clearing scheduled prospect calls. Move to cold calling if time allows.
11:00-12:00pm Admin, emails from morning, maintenance calls
1:00-3:00pm NB Calls
3:00-4:00pm Maintenance calls – follow up
4:00-5:00pm Emails, quotes, orders, set goals for tomorrow, training videos
